The object of the research is the oil and gas industry, represented by the major Russian and international companies. The subject of the research is HR management system, as well as its impact on further development of these companies. The of purpose the research work is a creation of recommending provision and fundamental concept for the changes in HR policies of Russian manufacturing enterprises. The research explores: what HR management system basically is; its essence and structure; its key impact on company activities. Main areas and methods of HR management system, researched and ways of its improvement were also considered. The following recommending provision and fundamental concept were created on the basis of scientific literature analysis, identified issues at some industry and manufacturing enterprises, as well as on selected methods of HR management system research at manufacturing enterprises. This provision and concept can be applied to any manufacturing enterprise, by implementing it into existing personnel policy of the organization. The recommending provision and concept contribute to the improvement of HR management system at the manufacturing enterprises, in the sphere of human resources in particular. This provision allows to eliminate the shortcomings of personal selecting and development at manufacturing enterprises. |
