Popis: | Modulated disorder and correlation are responsible for typical behavior of the transport properties of low-dimensional systems. Advances in molecular beam epitaxy lead to the realization of high quality nanostructures of Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors in which a ferromagnetic and metallic phase occur near room temperature. The possibility of having spin-polarized transport without the need of external magnetic field, and operating at room temperature, is of great important for producing spin valves, spin diodes and other solid state devices for Spintronics. |
