Popis:	The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have implemented Million Hearts (MH), an initiative to coordinate efforts across the United States to promote cardiovascular health. This report examines the partnerships developed in MH, defines the practices and approaches to cardiovascular disease prevention that occurred as a result of the program, and provides suggestions for future MH activities.
