| Popis: | A method for determining the calculated time of traffic opening and minimization of time costs, which is based on determination of the duration of time intervals «windows» to perform railway track repairs (rebuilding infrastructure after an incident) under the terms of the lowest costs of track works, taking into account overheads and costs of delays and trains’ downtime was developed. |
