Popis: | We describe the dielectric properties of La 2 CuMnO 6 (LCM) synthesized by sol-gel method. The characterization of observed diffraction peaks indicates orthorhombic phase. Dielectric constant is very high at lower frequency region due to electrode polarization and carrier transport. Complex electric modulus formalism is used for analyzing dielectric behavior of LCM. The frequency region below the optimum value the charge carriers are mobile in the long distance and above optimum value charge carriers are localised. The peak value of permittivity is shifted towards lower temperature with increasing frequency due to increase in charge carriers in the materials by thermal activation. Metal to semiconductor transition is observed in LCM. |
