| Popis: | Eighty patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were studied for the presence of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias by 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiography. Ventricular tachycardia was present in 18% of the recordings but was not correlated with any of the other manifestation of the disease and it was always asymptomatic. Supraventricular tachycardia, present 13% of the recordings, was more often present in patients with palpitations. |
