Popis: | The effect the concentration of double-shell CdSe/CdS/ZnS semiconductor colloidal quantum dots has on the measured parameters of the absorption and luminescence spectra of a solutions of these quantum dots in toluene is studied via optical spectroscopy. Possible mechanisms of the effect the concentration of quantum dots in the solutions has on the characteristics of the luminescence spectra are analyzed. |
