The work is devoted to the study of digital design and life cycle management of production systems, gives a complete understanding of this area and how the introduction of such a system can positively affect all processes related to the manufactured product. The first chapter gives a complete definition of digital design, digital development models, key concepts, basic functions and lists the advantages of implementation. The second chapter provides a complete description of PLM systems that ensure effective interaction of all processes and systems at all stages of the life cycle. An overview of the current situation on the market of the main suppliers of PLM solutions is being carried out. The third chapter is devoted to an overview of real production systems and tells about the solutions used in them to improve the quality of life cycle management. A comparative analysis of the solutions used is also carried out, which makes it possible to determine the strengths and weaknesses of a particular method. |
