Popis: The paper considers the use of functional fiour products with vegetable ingredients in nutrition as a factor in improving the quality of life, and provides an algorithm for designing functional products. The problem of optimizing the composition of the formula for the content of micronutrients and their daily consumption rate is solved by linear programming methods. Optimal compositions of a multicomponent mixture using functional ingredients were obtained.
