Popis:	Electrochemical reduction of [(η 5 :η 5 '-C 10 H 8 ) 2 MCo] n+ (n=1, 2; M=Fe, Ru, Co) in a 0.1 M solution of Bu 4 N + PF 6 − in CH 3 CN at 20°C yields stable anions [(η 5 :η 5 '-C 10 H 8 ) 2 MCo] − (M=Fe, Ru, Co). In the case of M=Co, formation of a dianion [(η 5 :η 5 '-C 10 H 8 ) 2 Co 2 ] 2− is indicated by cyclic voltammetry. The influence of comproportionation equilibria on the number of possible reduction steps is discussed
