Popis: | Fluorescently-tagged diblock polystyrene-block-poly(methacrylic acid) copolymers were prepared by anionic polymerization and subsequent hydrolysis. The copolymers dissolve in 1, 4-dioxane-rich/water solvents and form micelles which may be transferred into water and buffers by a stepwise dialysis. Fluorescence techniques and quasielastic light scattering (QELS) were used to study the properties of those micelles. |
