Анотація. В статті обґрунтовано альтернативні методи застосування педагогічних інновацій на уроках фізичної культури та інших педагогічних дисциплін оздоровчого напряму, розкрито їх значення для навчально-виховного процесу на сучасному етапі педагогічної діяльності. Досліджено вплив авторської методики на фізичний стан організму людини. Визначено, що авторська методика окрім покращення фізичних якостей здійснює оздоровчий вплив на організм людини, розкрито її вплив на окремі функціональні системи організму. Запропоновано систему контролю загального стану організму людини та рівня його готовності до фізичних навантажень. Annotation: This article highlights the author's technique developed on the basis of alternative healing systems and characterized its impact on the physical development of the human body, the development of physical qualities, as well as the possibility of rehabilitation for violations of various body systems. This article «The use of alternative health systems in teaching activities in the improvement of work» determines a number of alternative methods for the use of robots in pedagogical innovations on the lessons of physical education and other lessons, as well as their implications for teaching and of upbringing process on modern stage. Their importance to the nervous system, job opportunities in some disorders of the nervous system , development of physical qualities and physical development using certain method . The possibility of correction of certain disorders of the nervous system communicate with other systems that may be useful for teachers and children are engaged in the sections, mugs, extracurricular activities and overall health. |
