Over the past few years, the growth rate of bank consumer lending in our country has slowed down, but despite this, this segment of the financial market is one of the fastest growing areas of banking, which is largely due to the intensive use of digital technologies. The problem of the development of the consumer lending market in Russia is quite disproportionate due to the low level of competition, which leads to market failures in the form of information asymmetry. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical and methodological substantiation of key areas for improving the Russian institute of consumer lending in the digitalized economy. To achieve this purpose, the authors applied a systematic approach, which allowed us to consider the problem comprehensively and propose steps to solve it. |
