Treatment plots 21 x 21 ft (0.1 acre) were arranged in a randomized complete block design with 4 replicates. Treatments were applied 20 Jul using a CO2 bottle sprayer using 0.5 gal bottles to deliver 50 gpa at 30 psi. Posttreatment sweep net insect sampling was made with a 15-inch diam sweep net using 5 (90°) sweeps per plot. |
