The topic of the final qualification work: "Study of the thermal regime of the contact system of the vacuum circuit breaker 10kV-40kA / 2500 A with an axial magnetic field in the nominal operating mode".This work is devoted to the study of the thermal regime of the contact system of the vacuum circuit breaker. Tasks that were solved during the study:1. Study of the features of vacuum circuit breakers with axial magnetic field.2. Analysis of the nominal parameters of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber.3. Creation of models of the contact system of the vacuum circuit breaker and the cooling radiator.4. Performing calculations of models of thermal processes in a vacuum circuit breaker using the COMSOL Multiphysics cross-platform software adapted for these purposes.In this work, the influence of the geometric parameters of the cooling radiator, in particular the height of its ribs, on the temperature of the entire contact system was determined. The nominal parameters of the vacuum circuit breaker were selected and the calculation was carried out.The thermal mode of a mathematical model of a vacuum circuit breaker was investigated.As a result, thermal processes were simulated in a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and in external cooling radiators. The simulation was carried out using the COMSOL Multiphysics cross-platform software, adapted for finite element analysis.The results were also obtained at different heights of the radiator fin, a graph of the temperature dependence on the current terminals on the wall height was plotted. |
