The subject of the work is the economic system of an automotive industry in the context of digital business transformation. The aim of the work is to develop a methodology for digital transformation of the company's business processes resulted in achieving a competitive advantage. There is an analysis of existing scientific approaches to the digital transformation of enterprises and the world experience investigation, on the basis of which a methodology for the digital transformation of enterprise business processes has been developed. The methodology also includes a calculation of a final assessment of technology implementation (includes three blocks: risk assessment, supplier assessment, financial performance assessment) by building a pattern of a technology. The methodology was developed for use by companies from various industries aimed at consistent digitalization of business processes to achieve competitive advantages. The developed methodology was tested on the example of the process of body parts quality control (panels of the central and rear floors) of Toyota Motor LLC. As a result, the methodology was admitted as cost-effective for use in companies since the result obtained exceeds the cost of digital transformation. |
