Popis:	The preparation of four B-tris-(triorganosilylmethyl)-N-trimethylborazenes by the Grignard method, of B-tris-(trimethylsiloxy)-N-trimethylborazene using sodium trimethylsilanolate and of B-tris-(triphenylsilyl)-N-trimethylborazene by means of triphenylsilyllithium is described. The compounds in which the boron and silicon atoms are linked by a methylene group are stable toward hydrolysis, but those containing the BOSi and BSi linkages are not. All are not oxidized by atmospheric oxygen under normal conditions.
