Popis: The research “Construction of alternative pedagogical practices for teacher training for peace, equity and reconciliation” aimed to “develop a design process, structuring and validation of alternative pedagogical practices for peace, equity and reconciliation in a post-conflict context”. The methodological approach that guided the research was qualitative with an ethnographic approach; the instruments used were interviews, conversations and documentary records. A significant result of this research was the construction of a cartography of the school reality that becomes a referent for the transformation and construction of new pedagogical practices that contribute to a more relevant and contextualized education. It was possible to establish that a school for peace, equity and reconciliation must go through a process of de-construction to be socially re-constructed where the contexts, motivations and interests of the academic community are recognized.
