| Popis: | Dermatofibromas are common, benign, fibrohistiocytic cutaneous tumor. Although the diagnosis is usually made clinically, some atypical characteristics are seen in these tumors and can be a real challenge. Dermatoscopy can be very useful in such situations. However, some dermatofibromas are simulators of malignant skin tumors and therefore require biopsy for histopathological study. |
