In view of more dynamic markets narrows the marginal earnings of the consumer public among competitor companies. This scenery incentives studies about innovative strategies for leadership earnings. Therefore, once the project management gradually entrenches in the entrepreneurial environment, it is capable of exploring the scope management as a tool for competitive earnings. Thus, the aim of the study is to describe how the scope management has the capability to leverage in the competitive advantage. For this, the study of various cases was performed with 5 companies from different segments. The qualitative metodology confirmed the important role of the scope control along the development of this project, highlighting its strategic importance in the competitive earnings, apart from the "know-how" to take decisions and future marketing adaptations. |
