In our case report, we presented a case with polymicrobial endocarditis who was operated for mycotic aneursym two months ago and then followed up in the cardiology clinic because of palpitations related to effort. In his transesophageal echocardiography 15 mm vegetations were detected on the aortic valve. Multidrug resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis and Corynebacterium striatum were isolated from blood cultures of the patient. |
