The new original drug, code-named "Bisopamid" in theform of tablets, are proposed for the treatment ofhypertension. As active ingredients of the tablets areantihypertensive substances from differentpharmacological groups, namely bisoprolol fumarate(beta-blocker), lisinopril dihydrate (ACE inhibitor), andindapamide (thiazide diuretic). Tablets "Bisopamid"using excipients (lactose monohydrate, potato starch,MCC, calcium stearate) were obtained by directcompression. The main pharmaco-technologicalcharacteristics of the developed tablets "Bisopamid" wereconducted and there were found that all the investigatedtechnological characteristics meet the requirements ofHFCs. |
