Popis:	This study aimed to analyze the political scene of the speakers in Rio Grande do Sul, highlighting trade and maintenance of mayors in the period 1937 to 1945. The guiding question was the case in the city of Carazinho speakers, power relations in the period estadonovista the journalistic attacks, with the object the mayor Albino Hillebrand. The importance of the press has become crucial because of the precariousness of information.
