Good pedagogical practices and productive pedagogical projects. An experience in the rural public educational institutions of the department of Valle del Cauca (Colombia)

Popis: Objectives. Within the framework of the theory of good practices, this article presents the achievements made in the experience of the intervention project in the 127 rural educational institutions of the Department of Valle del Cauca (Colombia). The aim was I) to contribute to the formulation and execution of Productive Pedagogical Projects -PPP- with the participation of the family and the community; II) Strengthen intercultural education through pedagogical training in accordance with the socio- cultural context; and III) promote community productive activities for collective benefit led by the rural educational institution. Methodology. The qualitative method with a descriptive-comprehensive approach was adopted. Educational Institutions were characterized in what has to do with pedagogical models. Two important axes structure the description and understanding: good pedagogical practices and productive pedagogical projects. Results. The results show significant achievements in student learning, cohesion between school and community and assessment of the teaching role in the management of relevant and quality rural education. Conclusions. The characterization of educational institutions and the promotion and implementation of Productive Pedagogical Projects mobilize the effort of the departmental administration and impact the improvement of good pedagogical practices.
