Objective: To explore the clinical effect of free flap transplantation in combined with bone transport in the treatment of tibial osteomyelitis bone defect. Methods: A total of 40 patients with tibial osteomyelitis bone defect who were admitted in our hospital from August, 2011 to August, 2015 were included in the study and divided into the experiment group and the control group according to different treatment protocols. The patients in the experiment group were given free flap transplantation in combined with bone transport, while the patients in the control group were given bone transport.
