The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to find efficient ways for environmental education for conservation of undergraduate students Mahidol University Amnatcharoen Campus evaluated with an 80/80 performance efficiency criterion, 2) to find an effectiveness index of related educational measures, and 3) to compare the students’ knowledge, attitudes towards environmental conservation, and skills in pre and post-study in relation to management using environmental conservation education. We selected as purposive samples 12 undergraduate students of the Mahidol University Amnatcharoen Campus, who enrolled in the environmental education for conservation subject in 2019. Tools for research were a manual for environmental education manual for conservation, related lesson plans, summative tests, a test for attitude measurement towards environmental conservation, and the test for skill measurement on environmental conservation. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and paired t- test. We found that: 1) The developed environmental education for conservation were efficient at a 90.74/90.69 level. 2) The effectiveness index of environmental education management for conservation which were developed is 0.7845, and it showed that undergraduates improve their study by 78.45 % after studying through a manual.
