Based on the time series genomic microarray data of Arabidopsis thaliana,the gene expression pattern was analyzed,and it was found that 2.4% of the genes had a significant difference in daily amplitude.From the analysis of the overall gene transcriptome level,the genes induced during the day are mainly involved in the regulation of the interaction between plants and the environment,while the genes whose expression is up-regulated at night are mainly involved in regulating the growth and development of plants.In addition,the biosynthesis of plant chlorophyll and hemeare also regulated by the circadian clock.A group of new potential biorhythm regulators were identified by analyzing the genes that show co-expressing with CCA1/LHY or TOC1.These data will provide a reference for the more systematic improvement of the regulatory network of plant circadian clock. |
