Clinical and anatomical substantiation of application of modular femoral neck components in primary total hip arthroplasty

| Popis: | The article presents the results of primary total hip arthroplasty in 108 patients using modular systems necks femoral components. In our study, straight modular necks were used in 56.5% of cases, angled modular necks - in 43.5 %, which shows the possibility of using modular neck in all patients, especially in severe cases. |
