Vegetables not only play important roles in people's daily diet,but also make great contributions to the agricultural product export trade in China.However,the pollution of heavy metals has gradually become one of the significant factors threatening vegetable production and human health.The research status and trends on risk assessments of heavy metals in vegetables were summarized here,which contains progress at home and abroad,steps and methods of risk assessments,and so on.It will provide references to establish assessment methods and standards suitable for our national situation. |
