The research objectives were to identify learning outcomes according to TQF among undergraduate students with academic and vocational backgrounds and to suggest more effective instructions. Data were collected from 16 out of 17 sophomores in the Multimedia Technology Program, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology–Isan, Surin Campus, during August 2015 through the interviews and the questionnaires with 0.99 statistical reliability and were analyzed by using means, standard deviations, and t-test. The results revealed that before their studies in the program, students from vocational colleges had low-leveled intelligent skills and lower than students from secondary schools who were at moderate-leveled whereas the t-test showed that both had no statistically differences. However, after their schoolings, students of both groups gained their learning outcomes to high-leveled.
