Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between pregnancy outcome in older pregnant women and the uterine artery and fetal hemodynamic parameters in the third trimester. Methods: Randomized selection of 100 patients in our hospital delivery and late pregnancy monitoring of uterine artery and fetal hemodynamics in patients.
