Popis:	The main instrument of the modern education system is the information technologies (IT). Creation, development and application of IT strategy is an main part of country development strategy. However, the intensity of the development and application of innovation to a greater extent depends on the level of human capital rather than on the tecnical supply of processes. The effectiveness of the country's informatization begins on informatization of education. Therefore, informatization of education is a priority for many countries.
