Stories as an Environment for Sociopersonal Growth in Psychopedagogical Interventions with Adolescent Offenders

Popis: This study aims at assessing the usefulness of the introspective relational and learning setting in relation to the story-telling area, by analyzing their symbolic and emotional nature from the perspective of the participating population of adolescent offenders. This population, sentenced to loss of liberty, took part in the process through the stories and the evocations produced, so that, through oral and written texts they delimited an inductive category system consisting of eleven different variables, which follow an itinerary of confrontation, learning, and, when apt, appropriation and autonomy. This research was developed with a qualitative method, making use of the grounded theory method for data analysis.
