Administrators’ Servant Leadership Affecting School Culture of Schools under The Jurisdiction of The Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 8

Popis: The purposes of the research were 1) to study the level of administrators ’servant leadership under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 2) to study the level of school culture under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 3) to study the administrators ’servant leadership affected the school culture under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8. The samples of the research were school administrators and teachers under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 in year 2018 and consisted of 309 people selected by stratified random sampling, Purposive sampling, and Simple Random Sampling. The research instruments were the rating-scale and open-ended questionnaire. The reliability was 0.98. The Statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The research results were as followed: 1. The level of administrators ’servant leadership under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 as a whole was at high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that it was high in overall aspects. To order aspects from the high to low mean; 1) listening 2) awareness 3) empathy 4) persuasion 5) healing 6) commitment to the growth of people 7) conceptualizing 8) stewardship 9) foresight and 10) building community. 2. The level of school culture under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 as a whole was at high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that it was high in overall aspects. To order aspects from the highest to the lowest mean; 1) recognition 2) integrity 3) diversity 4) quality 5) trust 6) sense of community 7) school purposes 8) decision making 9) caring and 10) empowerment. 3. The administrators ’servant leadership affected the school culture under the Jurisdiction of the office of secondary Educational service area 8 could be predicted from the highest to the lowest as followed 1) empathy 2) conceptualizing 3) awareness and 4) commitment to the growth of people All of these factors affected to school culture statistically significant at.001 as following the hypothesis of the research predicted at 73.9 percentage and also affected to school culture statistically significant at .001
