With the objective of upgrade the management plan of the protected area, our goal is to make a floristic inventory, for that five localities of this region were visited and explored. A total of 384 taxa of plants were identified belonging to 84 families. The endemic taxa (58) represent 18,23 % of native taxa. 29 threatened taxa were found, seven of them were Critically Endangered. A total of 35 exotic invasive and 11 potentially invasive species were identified. Nine species of Orchidaceae were recorded for the first time to the reserve.
