Popis: Historically, official relations between the Ottoman Empire and the Prussian Kingdom (Germany) coincided with the mid-19th century. In this period, industrial empires began to rise in the West, and the German Empire established relations with the Ottoman Empire in order to take up this new level, and sent the first officers of the German Reform Committee to the Ottoman Empire in 1830 to carry out the reforms in this area. Helmuth Graf von Moltke, a young officer of the squadron, made his way to see and identify the situation of the Ottoman Army and wrote letters to the military about all the impressions of the Turks and the Ottoman Empire about the social order, as well as the technical reports. Soon after Moltke's return, these letters were collected and published in a book. In these letters, which contain information about the image of Turkey, as well as the Turkish image, Anatolian territory of the Empire is called Small Asia. These experiences of Moltke in the 1880s, when the German Improvement Board accelerated its work, became a guide in the steps to be taken later.
