Popis: | The process of non-Newtonian fluid flow in a channel section ring proposed and solved a mathematical model for the case of a power rheological model. The basic assumption in dealing with no-slip model is the condition of the melt on the channel walls. The result of the mathematical model solutions was dependent hydrostatic pressure in the channels of the forming tool as a function of performance. The results were compared with known calculation techniques. Engineering problems to be solved – calculation of the hydrostatic pressure in the channels forming tool in order to verify the conditions are not foaming the polymer melt in the forming tool. As an example, the text and the results of the calculation in the MathCAD program and results for melt polyethylene.
