Popis: Foundation: work-family life balance becomes a quality factor in services. Objective: to validate a questionnaire on work-family life reconciliation as a quality factor in dental services. Methods: a study of technological innovation was carried out in Guantánamo from January to April 2017. Expert criteria was used through Delphi technique, experts were selected according to competence coefficient. Moriyama criteria was followed for content validation, internal reliability was evaluated with a pilot test with an intentional sampling was performed. Internal consistency was determined by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Results: experts' assessment in the first Delphi round allowed modifications to the proposal, in the second and third all the items were adequately assessed, content validation determined a high correlation between them; furthermore, the proposed categories, included in the construction of the questionnaire, were adequate. Piloting made it possible to make some adjustments and modifications to prepare the questionnaire final version. The resulting Cronbach's alpha internal consistency index was equal to or greater than 0.70 in all items. Conclusions: the designed questionnaire ensures the work-family life balance evaluation as a quality factor of dental services. The results these techniques allow the final validated version to be reliable and available for research purposes, when making some modifications to the initial proposal.
