Objective: To observe the effect of tiotropium bromide combined with seretide on serum inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 92 cases of COPD in acute exacerbation were randomly divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (45 cases). The control group was given seretide on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was given tiotropium bromide on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 2 weeks, changes of inflammatory factors (IL-6, IL-17, hs-CRP, TNF-毩) and blood gas indexes (PaO2, PaCO2, pH value) were observed in two groups.
