Popis: | Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is a vascular neoplasm, in which we can distinguish four clinical forms: the classic or Mediterranean, endemic or African, associated with HIV and iatrogenic. Its most frequent clinical manifestations are mucocutaneous lesions and lymph node involvement, although it may manifest with involvement at the visceral level. We present the case of a renal transplant patient who was diagnosed with an intestinal Kaposi's sarcoma, with no associated cutaneous lesions. |
