New technologies have changed the way of retrieving information, and in the result, of gaining knowledge. The effective use of e-resources requires sufficient knowledge and skills. The article analyses the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in a group of students, the users of the AGH University Main Library. The aim of this research was, among others, to establish the level of knowledge of electronic sources, the factors considered by users when selecting a source, and problems encountered by students using e-resources. The respondents’ comments and suggestions have brought a lot of information, which will be helpful for example when planning subsequent training sessions, and in wider promotion of electronic resources among students. |
