Popis: | Bacillus thuringiensis has been known as bacteria which posses insecticide specific so that it is used tor biological control. The purpose of this study for efficacy test of local strain of B. thuringiensis 100 PS (serotype 10), 157 KT (serotype 10), 43 GT (serotype 11) and 10 PT (serotype 3) against Musca domestica third instar larvae. The Pathogeneticity test according to Leodegario et al. (1979) and Michio et al (1980) Methods. The result showed the local strain of B. thuringiensis serotype 3,10, and 11 from four isolates, killed M. domestica larvae after the second day until fourth day. The further investigation is necessary for determining gen cry of serotypes so that it can be developed as bio-insecticide. Key words : B. thuringiensis, Pathogeneticity. M domestica |
