Popis: | The numerical model in finite element, developed in the present paper is destined to the study of inductive heating in volume of a cylindrical structure made of brass and ferro-magnetic steel whoseproperties vary according to the temperature and which suffers the phase transformation at the Curie point. In the present paper the study is aimed at from the geometrical point of view of the application in the process of inductive heating, as well as the models of the magnetic non-linearity and of the temperaturedependency of all physical properties of the metalic spare part. This study is made in a system of cylindrical coordinates (r,,z), Out of symmetry reasons, the sizes that characterize the electromagnetic and thermal fields, the magnetic potential vector A, respectively the temperature T, does not vary according to thecoordinate , so that the representation of the model can be made in plan, in the coordinate (r,z). In the plan r-z, the calculation domain of the problem, is reduced at half of the section, also out of symmetry reasons. |
