Popis: | The effects of intercostal blockade with 0.5 % bupivacaine HCl and 1 % prilocaine HCl were compared with cholecystectomized patients. The patients were divided into three randomized groups. Intercostal blockade was performed in group A, (n:15) with 0.5 % bupivacaine and group B with I % prilocaine on the right mid axillary line from the T7-8 - T8-9 intervertebral space. Control group (group C, n:15) received intramusculary meperidine 1 mg/kg, and metamizol 1 g in case of needed. Opioid and non opioid analgesic requirement and respiratory functions were evaluated. In postoperative period, the difference between two groups concerning opioid analgesic necessity was found significant (p |
