Proučevali smo vpliv koncentracije rastnega regulatorja Seradix (0,1% 0,3% 0,8% indol-3-maslena kislina=IBA) na ukoreninjenje in morfološke lastnosti ukoreninjenih eno- in dvo-nodijskih potaknjencev metličaste hortenzije (Hydrangea paniculata Siebold) v šestih terminih potikanja od julija do oktobra. Potaknjence smo odvzeli iz štiri leta starih rastlin gojenih v loncih na prostem pri rastlinjaku Fakultete za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede v Pivoli. V začetku julija smo uspešno ukoreninili 89% eno-nodijskih in 85% dvo-nodijskih, v septembru pa 91% eno-nodijskih in 87% dvo-nodijskih potaknjencev. Tretiranje potaknjencev z rastnim regulatorjem vpliva na morfološke lastnosti ukoreninjenih potaknjencev. Pri eno-nodijskih potaknjencih, ki smo jih tretirali z rastnim regulatorjem IBA v koncentraciji 0,8% se je število korenin v prvem terminu potikanja povečalo za 50% in v četrtem za 28% v primerjavi s kontrolo. Pri dvo-nodijskih potaknjencih je bila optimalna koncentracija rastnega regulatorja IBA med 0,3% in 0,8%. We studied the effect of concentration Seradix growth regulators (0.1%, 0.3%, 0.8% indole-3-butyric acid = IBA) on rooting and morphology of rooted one-and two-node cuttings hydrangea paniclade (Hydrangea paniculata Siebold ) six terms planting from July to October.
