Popis:	Ograničenje odgovornosti brodovlasnika se ne određuje po broju ukrcanih kontejnera već po broju koleta ili jedinica sadržanih u kontejneru. Ako odredbe u teretnici nalažu drugačije, smatraju se bez učinka temeljem čl. III. st. 8. Haških pravila. The shipowner's limitation of liability is not determined by the number of loaded containers but by the number of collets or units contained in the container. If the provisions in the cargo are otherwise stipulated, they shall be considered without effect on the basis of Art. III., par. 8 Hague Rules.
