The text below proposes some elements on this subject, on the one hand starting from bibliographical elements, on the other hand starting from a first study on the breeding of draught horses in the farms of Auvergne and finally starting from tracks which remain to be developed.; Le cheval, et en particulier son élevage, ont sans doute un rôle majeur à jouer dans le développement économique des exploitations agricoles tout en satisfaisant aux exigences environnementales et sociales qui leur sont imposées. Le texte ci-dessous propose quelques éléments sur ce sujet, d'une part à partir d'éléments bibliographiques, d'autre part à partir d'une première étude sur l'élevage de chevaux de trait dans les exploitations agricoles d'Auvergne et enfin à partir de pistes qui restent à développer. |
