Popis: U članku se analizira eksploatacijska pouzdanost hidrauličnih cilindara. Do otkaza hidrauličnih cilindara dolazi zbog propuštanja ulja kao posljedice trošenja materijala uz prisutnost tlaka ulja od 90 bara. Prikupljeni su empirijski podaci (statistički uzorak) s ciljem određivanja funkcije gustoće otkaza f(t), funkcije intenziteta otkaza λ(t) i očekivanog vremena bezotkaznog rada MTTF. Numerički model izrađen je u programskom alatu Minitab 16. Za prihvaćanje ili odbacivanje hipoteze korišten je Anderson-Darling test.
The article analyzes the exploitation reliability of hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic cylinders fail due to oil leakage as a result of material wear and tear with 90 bar oil pressure. Empirical data (statistical sample) were collected to determine the failure density function f (t), the hazard function λ (t) and the expected value of mean time to failure MTTF. The numerical model was created in the Minitab 16 software tool. The Anderson-Darling test was used to accept or reject the hypothesis
