[ES] It is necessary to build in Kraków a big edifice for important social events, as concerts, conferences, presentations, seminaries¿ As the building must be suitable for this kind of events, it must cover a big area, and is advisable that the structure doesn¿t have any columns inside. A structure without columns inside permits a larger flexibility in distributing the space. This flexibility is an important characteristic, because the building must accommodate all kind of events, and the distribution of the space will be different for each one, according to the necessities of the event. The building, and the structure, must have a good aesthetic, it is a new building, and is important for the citizens to feel identified and attracted with their cultural building. Finally, a cultural building must always have good connections. The citizens must be able to arrive to the edifice in a few minutes and, moreover the citizens must have various means of transport available. Thus the building has to be very accessible for the people, and as such it will be located near to the city centre and will have a very good connection with the parts of the city (as trams, regular buses and good roads). To build the edifice far of the city without any good connection would be unreasonable.
