Selection of optimal materials for the stand and blades of the educational robotic fan

Popis: U ovom radu proveden je izbor optimalnog materijala za lopatice i postolje edukacijskog robotskog ventilatora. Ovaj robot služi za edukaciju osnovnoškolske djece (dijelovi robota-ventilatora daju se djeci koja uz pomoću edukatora dovršavaju pojedine dijelove i sastavljaju ih u funkcionalnu cjelinu). Kroz to djeca usvajaju: osnove programiranja, osnove metoda izbora optimalnog materijala, dizajniranje proizvoda, znanja o obnovljivim izvorima i sl. Optimalni materijal birao se kvantitativnom metodom utjecajnosti svojstava materijala. Kod ove metode važno je što objektivnije odrediti faktor važnosti. Faktor važnosti ima veliki utjecaj na izbor materijala (što je pokazano kroz rad) i zbog toga se odredio na dva načina: digitalno-logičkom metodom i analitičko hijerarhijskim procesom. Optimalan materijal za lopatice ventilatora je PE-HD, a optimalan materijal za postolje ventilatora je šperploča. In this paper, the selection of the optimal material for the blades and the base of the educational robotic fan was performed. This robot is used for the education of primary school children (parts of the robot-fan are given to children who, with the help of educators, complete individual parts and assemble them into a functional whole). Through this, children learn: the basics of programming, the basics of methods for choosing the optimal material, product design, knowledge of renewable sources, etc. The optimal material was chosen by the quantitative method of influencing the properties of the material. With this method, it is important to determine the importance factor as objectively as possible. The importance factor has a great influence on the choice of materials (which is shown through the paper) and is therefore determined in two ways: by digitallogical method and analytical hierarchical process. The optimal material for the fan blades is PE-HD, and the optimal material for the fan base is plywood.
